About Allen Family Farms
Welcome to Allen Family Farms! I am Blake and my fiancé, Ida Jane and I own and operate our farm here in central North Carolina. Before we began finishing our cattle to sell as retail beef, I had a commodity cattle operation. Over the years, we began to notice a disconnect between people, farms, and the food we eat. Although I raised cattle, we had no idea where the meat we bought in the grocery store came from. We realized that there was a better way to supply our community with beef. We have expanded to raising pasture raised chicken and lamb. We now raise our animals with the purpose of providing quality, wholesome beef, chicken, and lamb to our customers.
